First, weigh colloids and purified water according to the formula, then mix them in a sealed stainless steel tank. Finally, moisture content is controlled at 4-7% for gelatin capsules and 5-9% for plant-based ones. Unqualified capsules (irregular shapes, dosage deviations) are removed via sieving and manual sampling.
